Lemon Gooey Butter Cookies – Best Ever {from scratch!} - Wicked Good Kitchen
These little pineapple cream cheese sandwiches are a perfect appetizer at any holiday party. Best part is you can color them to serve during any holiday.
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
? cup sugar
Loaf of white bread
1 cup finely chopped pecans ( opt. )
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
? cup sugar
Loaf of white bread
1 cup finely chopped pecans ( opt. )
Mix together the cream cheese and about 1 Tbs. of the crushed pineapple juice.
Blend together until smooth.
Add the sugar, cream cheese and walnuts.
Spread on to white bread slices to make a sandwich.

1 package yellow cake mix
2 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
3/4 cup butter ( melted )
8 oz cream cheese ( room temperature )
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbls lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
16 oz jellied cranberry sauce
2 Tbls cornstarch
2 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
3/4 cup butter ( melted )
8 oz cream cheese ( room temperature )
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbls lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
