My homemade naan bread recipe is easy, quick, and really delicious. Smothered in a garlic butter that's super satisfying, then topped with your favorite herbs.
1/2 c warm water
1 tsp granulated sugar
2-1/4 tsp RapidRise or Active Dry yeast
2-1/2 c flour ( sifted )
1/4 c plain yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil ( plus extra for greasing bowl )
1 large egg
Garlic Butter with Herbs:
5 Tbsp salted butter
1 clove garlic ( minced )
Handful of your favorite herbs, chopped or torn into small pieces (cilantro, parsley, mint, chives, etc)

Serve this dish as an appetizer. It would be lovely before serving this Pot Roast. The spices will excite your palate before you digging into the savory meat dish.These spicy vegetable fritters would pair wonderfully with a dry and fruity rosé. If you have a red wine you like best, try this recipe with the rosé version. But, our suggestion is to lean towards a heavier rosé, one made from a heavy red grape.

I grew up eating lamb chops with mint jelly. This lamb curry is a nice change from the same old way of eating lamb.
You can add a touch of lemon zest or lemon juice to add a zing to the dish. You could also add vegetables such as potatoes and carrots to add additional a body to the dish.
