Once I had made my own Smoked Pastrami it just seemed natural to make pastrami burgers. The pastrami has so much flavor that you really don’t need much seasoning in the burgers. They make such a great combination.
2 lbs lean ground beef
? c Sweet Baby Rays (or your favorite sauce)
½ lb or more pastrami
8 hamburger buns ( toasted )
Toppings of choice including lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and such.

Combine hamburger and bbq sauce. Mix well, divide into eight equal amounts, patting into patties. Grill at medium high until desired temperature. Serve with toasted buns and condiments, as much or as little...

Youth leaders are always looking for an easy meal to cook with their group. The other day we were doing girl’s camp certification training and pulled out an old standby. Everyone loved it! This is fast, easy and sure to please.
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 T dried onions ( or 1/2 cup fresh )
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 bag tater tots
Cheese ( optional )

Cook hamburger and onion, chopping to fine mixture. Mix in cream soup. Top with tater tots. (Sprinkle with cheese if desired.) Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour or until tots are brown and crisp.

Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza Pinwheels are a fun way to enjoy all the fantastic flavors of a Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza in a crescent roll.
1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F.
