White Sangria is very easy to make. With its citrus flavors, this is a bright pick me up between heavy foods or will make you feel refreshed specially on summer or spring days.
This is a perfect cocktail to pair with salty and fatty foods. Potato chips, creamy cheeses, and salty cured meats would all be great with this drink.
1 1/2 oranges
2 lemons
2 limes
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup tequila
1/2 bottle dry white wine
1/2 bottle champagne
1 cup club soda

- Put altogether the finely sliced orange, lemon, and lime in a glass pitcher. Pour over the sugar.

Strawberry Lime Agua Fresca is the perfect refreshing drink for a hot summer day!
2 cups cold water
4 cups fresh strawberries ( trimmed )
2 limes ( juiced )
1/4 c sugar ( optional )
lime slices ( optional )

Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Let chill and then strain through a fine mesh sieve. Discard solids.

As you know we have been doing oodles of grilling lately and reaping the yummy rewards I might add ;) Last week I whipped up these Grilled Shrimp Quesadillas and my oh my – party in my mouth people! This perfectly refreshing Pineapple Cucumber Salad is wonderfully easy to make and simply delicious!
1 pineapple ( chopped )
1 English cucumber ( chopped )
2 limes ( zested and juiced )
1/3 cup cilantro ( roughly chopped )
salt and pepper ( optional )
