3 oz Yukon Gold potatoes
2 oz Carrots
1 oz onions
4 cloves garlic
28 oz beef tenderloin
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
3 cups beef stock
2 tbsp liver spread
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 oz green bell pepper
1 cup green peas
1 bay leaf
