1 tbs. Dijon mustard
1 egg ( beaten )
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbs. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
¼ cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Almond Flour
1 tbs. Gluten Free Flour
¼ cup Avocado Oil
1 lb. crab meat
10 crab cakes
