Panda Express Mushroom Chicken in just 20 minutes! You'll be sitting down to dinner faster than you could drive there and pick some up and come home! Lightly sauteed zucchini and mushrooms in a soy ginger and garlic sauce.

Full of flavor, quick and easy to make and much healthier than the fast food version--a definite winner!

2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 garlic cloves ( minced )
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 small package fresh button mushrooms
2 small zucchini
