Pumpkin Better Than Anything Cake - Can't Stay Out of the Kitchen
Baked Ambrosia
Moist, fluffy and perfectly spiced Healthy Whole Wheat Pumpkin Muffins are made with whole, real ingredients!
2 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
3/4 cup coconut oil ( melted and slightly cooled )
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut sugar
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
3/4 cup coconut oil ( melted and slightly cooled )
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut sugar
