4 ingredient Cacio e Pepe Recipe that will catapult you into pasta heaven

Cacio e Pepe. Cheese, pasta, pepper, and salt. Your new favorite pasta will be ready to go, with a glass of Frascati, in 25 minutes.
1/2 lb linguine pasta
1-1/2 c Pecorino Romano ( freshly grated )
2 tsp whole tellicherry peppercorns ( cracked )
1/3 c pasta water

This Fennel & White Bean Salad is a great side dish. Crunchy fennel, tender white beans, and sharp Romano cheese.
1 garlic clove ( minced )
1 tablespoon lemon juice ( from 1/2 lemon )
lemon zest ( from 1 lemon )
1 fennel bulb
2 scallions ( diced )
2 tablespoons parsley leaves ( diced )
2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 cup cooked white beans ( such as navy beans or great northern beans )
salt and ground pepper ( to taste )
1/4 cup shredded Romano or Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice ( from 1/2 lemon )
lemon zest ( from 1 lemon )
1 fennel bulb
2 scallions ( diced )
2 tablespoons parsley leaves ( diced )
2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 cup cooked white beans ( such as navy beans or great northern beans )
salt and ground pepper ( to taste )
