Greek Style Grilled Fish

A great grilled fish recipe! Channel the Greek isles and grill your fish whole. A delicious fish recipe that can raise a simple dining experience to an exquisite level.

18 oz whole sea bass, gutted and clean
4 tsp olive oil
3 dill sprigs
6 lime wedges for garnish
2 tsp salt
2 tsp freshly ground pepper
(2 cloves) garlic
1 tsp chili flakes
1 oz fresh oregano
1 lemon
