Creamy Coconut Salmon Curry

Salmon in a homemade curry sauce is delicious. This salmon curry is a delicious fish recipe if you are craving some curry soup. It is simple and very quick to cook. A delicious curry for a healthy lunch or dinner. If you prefer, you can leave the whole salmon fillet uncut, salt and pepper them and bake them. You can also use cod fillets or any white fish in this recipe too. Moreover, you can add ground mustard seeds to elevate the curry flavor.

1 lb salmon fillet
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp olive oil (Coconut curry sauce)
2 cloves garlic (Coconut curry sauce)
1 oz ginger (Coconut curry sauce)
1 oz lemongrass (Coconut curry sauce)
1 tbsp brown sugar (Coconut curry sauce)
1 tbsp red curry paste (Coconut curry sauce)
4 oz coconut milk (Coconut curry sauce)
2 tbsp fish sauce (Coconut curry sauce)

A seafood recipe for a quick summer dinner? Yes, you heard it right! This seafood stew is the perfect family dinner recipe that you can prepare in less than an hour. A seafood dinner recipe with a combination of flavors from mixed seafood and chorizo that will quell your seafood cravings. You can add fish slices to this recipe too. It works well with any white fish and with salmon. You can also tweak the recipe by adding some diced carrots and celery for added crunch. For additional flavor notes, you can add a stalk of lemongrass or a bunch of dill. You can also add some vegetables such as corn or potatoes to add body to the dish.
