Baked Ambrosia
Buttery and rich Tahini Shortbread Cookies are sandwiched together with dulce de leche for a decadent treat.
3/4 cup butter ( room temperature )

1½ tsp salt
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
3 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
1½ cups / 350 ml water
½ cup / 70 g Raw Pumpkin Seeds
½ cup / 70 g Raw Sunflower Seeds
½ cup / 55 g Raw Hazelnuts (Filberts)
¼ cup / 35 g Raw Almonds

In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients, stirring well.
In a small bowl, whisk maple syrup, coconut oil, and water.
