These Crab Cake Bites have all the flavor of their bigger counterparts in a fun, cracker sized bite.
2 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons diced roasted red pepper
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Dash cayenne pepper
4 ounces lump crab meat
1 cup cracker crumbs ( I used garlic butter Ritz crackers )
