Cherry Fluff dessert salad is one of my favorite cherry recipes! This easy dump and go salad is perfectly sweet, pretty and pink!
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip ( I use lite )
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk ( I use fat-free )
1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple ( well drained )
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup shredded coconut ( unsweetened or sweetened is fine )
1/2 cup chopped pecans ( optional )
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk ( I use fat-free )
1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple ( well drained )
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup shredded coconut ( unsweetened or sweetened is fine )
1/2 cup chopped pecans ( optional )

Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl.
Fold in remaining three ingredients.
Refrigerate for one hour before serving.

These amazing zucchini cookies are packed full of zucchini, carrots, oatmeal, Craisins, and coconut! All the good stuff!
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 c wheat flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

1/2 c brown sugar

The incredible taste of your favorite carrot cake but in bar form! These Carrot Cake Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting are as easy as 1-2-3 and disappear just that quickly!
One
1¼ cups unsweetened applesauce ( or oil, this is what my Nana used )
2 cups sugar
3 eggs

2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup Dole crushed pineapple (not drained!) {use the pineapple in JUICE not syrup}
Cream Cheese Frosting:
½ c butter ( softened )

1 lb powdered sugar
