1 package Cream Cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons ranch dressing mix
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup onion
1 can Kidney beans
1 can fire roasted tomatoes
2 cans diced green chilies
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups Fritos
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons ranch dressing mix
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup onion
1 can Kidney beans

A super simple skillet dinner. Packed with rice and ground beef, it's cheesy, flavorful and completely satisfying.
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 cup low-sodium chicken stock or water
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
3 cups cooked white rice
1 cup cheddar ( shredded divided )
1 cup Monterey Jack ( shredded divided )
¼ cup sour cream
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
1 packet taco seasoning mix
