Grilled Lamb Chops with Herbes de Provence Ingredients:
1 tbs. Herbs de Provence ( dried )
2 tbs. Dijon mustard
1 tbs. olive oil
1 tbls white wine such as Chardonnay ( dry )
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper ( freshly ground )
1 piece garlic clove ( minced )
thick lamb loin chops ( trimmed )
cooking spray or olive oil for pan

Cheeseburger Macaroni Skillet - Homemade Hamburger Helper - Big Bear's Wife
My son dubbed this “Taco Explosion” . . . which is basically what it is! Loaded with vegetables and ground turkey, this is an amazing dinner that even your picky eater’s will love!
1 lb ground turkey
1 onion ( diced )
1 (1.25 oz) packet taco seasoning mix ( or homemade taco seasoning )
2 cups water
1 (16 oz) jar salsa
1 (15 oz) can corn ( undrained )
2 cups instant brown rice
1 (4 oz) can green chilis
1 cup shredded Mexican or taco cheese blend
2 cup ( s shredded lettuce )
1 large tomato ( chopped )
½ cup reduced-fat sour cream

I love skillet recipes because I can make the whole meal in one pan (easy clean-up is a bonus!), it comes together in a matter of minutes, and it’s so easy to throw in extra vegetables or other healthy ingredients that my family needs. This recipe has quickly become a family favorite and because all the ingredients are items that I usually have on-hand, making it perfect to throw together when I am in a pinch!
1 1/2 cups uncooked instant brown rice
1 pound Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
1 medium onion ( chopped )
1 garlic clove ( minced )
1 (15 oz) can Ranch Style beans (pinto beans seasoned in tomato sauce - you could also use pinto beans), undrained
1 cup beef broth
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (10.5 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chilis ( drained )
1 (15 oz) can corn ( drained )
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
ground pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
1 pound Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
1 medium onion ( chopped )
1 garlic clove ( minced )
1 (15 oz) can Ranch Style beans (pinto beans seasoned in tomato sauce - you could also use pinto beans), undrained
