Meatballs:
13 oz evaporated milk
3 lb ground beef
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup chopped onions
2 eggs
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp chili powder
Sauce:
1 1/2 cup ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Sauce:
1 1/2 cup ketchup

- Mix all ingredients for meatballs together. Form meatballs and place in 2-9×13 inch glass baking dish.
- Mix sauce and pour over the meatballs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

1/2 cup yellow onion ( finely diced )
2/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup root beer
2 tbsp unsulfured molasses
2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

- Warm the olive oil over medium heat in saucepan. Add the onion and cook until softened and transclucent, about 3-5 minutes; stirring occasionally.
