If the picture doesn't make you drool, I don't know what will. :) Gooey caramel, peanuts, chocolate . . . what more do you need in life? I usually have pretty good self control when it comes to making desserts, but this was just too much. I found myself sneaking into the kitchen to cut off just one more little piece and before I knew it, a huge percentage of the pan was missing. Every calorie was TOTALLY worth it.
I have always LOVED Snickers candy bars. Those Snickers eggs they have out this time of year? THE BEST. Our Snickers cake? I request it every birthday! And when I saw these Snickers baking bites, they were calling to me to make something delicious with them. I decided they best belonged in a cookie, and we were NOT disappointed!
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs

Barbecue season is just around the corner! I love serving trifle at parties or gatherings because it is easy to make and can usually feed a crowd. It doesn’t get much easier or delicious than this Snickers Brownie Trifle!
1 (18.3 ounce) Fudge Brownie Mix ( I used Betty Crocker )
1/4 cup water ( as directed on brownie box )
2/3 cup oil ( as directed on brownie box )
2 eggs ( as directed on brownie box )
1 (16 ounce) container Cool Whip
1 (14 ounce) jar caramel syrup
6 full-size Snickers candy bars
chocolate syrup ( for topping )
caramel syrup ( for topping )
