First is the classic fruit smoothie — which involves adding ice cubes to fruit. The ice cubes act as the binder and as the cold element. You can also use freshly sliced fruits or vegetables. 5 oz frozen watermelon
6 oz frozen strawberry
1 cup almond milk
2 oz frozen banana
1 tsp flax seeds

1 - Cut the watermelon into chunks and transfer to a bowl.
