If you have red pepper paste and kimchi, you can easily make delicious kimchi stew. It's a popular recipe for kimchi stew in my cooking classes taught to thousands of people for about 10 years. Just by following my two simple tips, you can make delicious kimchi stew.
350 g Pork berry thin slices
1 Onion
1 Tofu ( House Tofu - Medium type or packed tofu - hard type )
1/2 Shiitake Mushrooms ( 60-80g )
1/2 Bean sprout ( 150g )
1 Watercress ( 1 pack )
1 tbsp Sesame oil
Kimchi stew paste:
2 tbsp Gochujang ( Sunchang Gochujang )
2 tbsp Miso ( Japanese miso )
3 tbsp Soy sauce ( Japanese soy sauce-Kikkoman )
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Korean chilli powder
6 cups Soup stcok ( 6 cups of hot water and dried anchovy or 6 cups of hot water and 2 tsp dasida )
