Tzatziki Sauce is a delicious yogurt and cucumber sauce that is famous at Greek restaurants! It's made with yogurt, cucumber, fresh herbs (like mint and dill), garlic, lemon, and salt! It's refreshing as a chilled sauce, dip or spread. We love to serve it with our favorite Greek Chicken Skewers or with fresh vegetables.
2 cups plain greek yogurt
1 English cucumber
1/2 lemon
1 1/2 tbsp fresh dill
1/2 tbsp fresh mint
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Simple Greek Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl served with a fresh and vibrant salad and delicious tzatziki!
pound Chicken breast
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon ( juiced )
1 tsp oregano
1 clove garlic ( minced )
½ tsp salt

1½ cups brown basmati rice
3¾ cups water or chicken stock

1 large tomato ( sliced into wedges )
1 red onion ( thinly sliced )
