Vinaigrette:
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp chopped shallots
1 tsp dried thyme
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic
