This easy chicken wrap with couscous is a perfect way to end your day, with a light and nutritious meal. A healthy chicken recipe that you can add to your repertoire if you are on a strictly healthy low-calorie lunch and dinner regimen. People may think that couscous is a type of grain, but it’s not. Couscous is made from tiny steamed balls of semolina flour. This means that couscous is a type of pasta. It is one of the easiest side dishes to cook— it can be paired with lots of flavors.
16 oz boneless skinless chicken
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 cup dry couscous
1 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil
1/3 cup roasted walnuts
1/3 cup fresh parsley
2 oz yellow bell pepper
3 oz red onions
1 /2 cup tahini paste
8 pieces tortilla wrap
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp lemon juice

These Crispy BBQ Chicken & Bacon Wraps and simple, delicious and so quick to make. Filled with chicken, cheese, bacon and BBQ sauce . . .a perfect weeknight meal.
4 cups cooked ( shredded chicken rotisserie chicken works great! )
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese ( I like to use sharp )
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

4 Romaine lettuce leaves
4 slices of bacon ( cooked and crumbled )
