I am always trying to find new ways to use my smoker. Normally I don’t think of desserts coming out of a smoker but this one was wonderful! The sweet berries with a wonderful moist cake were a total delight. The surprise was the marshmallows, which added a great texture to the cake. It really is a lot of fun to take your cooking outside!
3 cups triple berry mix ( frozen )
¼ c sugar
1 pkg raspberry Jello, 3 oz.

2 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
3/4 cup butter ( melted )
8 oz cream cheese ( room temperature )
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbls lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
16 oz jellied cranberry sauce
2 Tbls cornstarch
2 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
3/4 cup butter ( melted )
8 oz cream cheese ( room temperature )
