Take your tuna fish sandwich to the next level with this yummy \\\"Glorified\\\" version! Pickles, celery, egg, and cheese add-ins combine to make the perfect handheld meal!
2 cans tuna fish ( drained )
2 Tbsp. sweet pickles ( diced really finely or sweet pickle relish )
2 Tbsp. yellow onion ( very finely minced )
1 cup cheese ( grated I used Monterey Jack, but Colby Jack would be yummy too )
4 large eggs ( hardboiled, shells removed, then diced )
3 Tbsp. celery ( finely chopped )
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
Buns or sandwich rolls
