Restaurant style Yogurt Mint Sauce is fresh and cool chutney which is quick and easy to prepare. It is a perfect dip for poppadums and tandoori starters. This recipe uses fresh mint and is much tastier than store- bought ones.

1/4 cup Mint ( roughly chopped )
1/4 cup Coriander ( roughly chopped )
1 Green Chilli
1 cup Yogurt
1/2 tsp Sugar
Salt ( as required )
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 Lime juice

Blend all the ingredients except yogurt until smooth, add little water if necessary.

Place yogurt in a bowl.

Add the ground mint and coriander paste, mix until well combined.
