The most LOADED and delicious cookies stuffed with all the components of a Take 5 Candy Bar. You're going to want to try these!

1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 large egg, at room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 cup flour, measured correctly
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup pretzel M&Ms, coarsely chopped (or you can leave them whole)
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
about 14 caramels, unwrapped and cut into smaller pieces (I got 4 pieces out of each caramel)
Optional: 1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup white sugar
