This makes a great appetizer, but it could also be served as a side dish. Oh and one other thing, it's extremely addicting!!

5 Cans (15.5 oz. each) Beans, any kind, rinsed and drained
1 Can (11 oz.) White Shoepeg Corn, drained
1 Medium Green Bell Pepper
1 Medium Jalapeño Pepper (optional)
1 Small Red Onion
½ Cup Cilantro
1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar to start, adjust to suit your taste
½ Cup Canola Oil
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
