Family Favorite for an inexpensive meal loved by the whole family. We usually serve it with cornbread and a tossed salad. The kids gobble it up!!!

1 lb ground beef
3 Tablespoons oil
2 onions ( chopped )
1 green pepper ( chopped )
2 15 oz cans diced tomatoes with liquid (or 1 large can)
1/2 cup uncooked rice ( washed )
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 Tablespoon Worcesteshire Sauce
3 Tablespoons oil

Cook onion and green pepper, in oil, until tender.
Add ground beef and brown.
Add tomatoes, rice and seasonings.
Place in large casserole dish and bake covered at 350 forty-five minutes and uncovered...
