1 bag coleslaw mix
3 green onion, chopped
2 carrots julienned
4 tablespoons cilantro
3/4 cups toasted peanuts

1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon reduced fat peanut butter
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
1 packet of splenda
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup of olive oil
Wisk together chili sauce, peanut butter, garlic, ginger, splenda, soy sauce, pepper, vinegar & oils until it comes together. Pour over coleslaw & carrots mix. Refrigerate for 10 minutes until slaw soaks up dressing top with cilantro, peanuts & green onions
