This Cheesecake Recipe it's one of those desserts that are very easy to make and there is nothing you can do wrong! You'll be amazed at the positive results.

Crust:
10.6 oz (300 g) finely ground graham crackers
5 tablespoons milk
6.3 oz (180 g) unsalted butter
White Layer:
15.9 oz (450 g) full-fat soft cheese
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
16.9 fl oz (500 ml) whipping cream
7.8 oz (220 g) powder sugar
Fruit Layer:
19.4 oz (550 g) of any berry fruit
3.4 fl oz (100 ml) water
0.35 oz (10 g) gelatin
1.7 fl oz (50 ml) water for gelatin
4 tablespoons sugar
