This simple recipe is truly the best guacamole. It's creamy, but still has some texture and has just the right combination of flavors!

3 medium avocados
juice of 1 lime
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 large roma tomato, seeded and chopped
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Cut each avocado in half lengthwise. Hit the pit with your knife and twist to remove. (reserve pit)
Scoop the avocado out of the peel by running a spoon between the peel and the flesh.
