We love street Tacos. If you haven't tried them or are a little afraid make your own with this yummy easy recipe.

Ingredients:
4 pounds pork butt or shoulder, trimmed and cut into cubes
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 onion peeled and halved
1 tsp dried oregano
2 Tbs lime juice
2 cup water
1 orange juiced

Heat oven to 300 degrees. combine all ingredients in a large dutch oven. Bring mixture to a simmer over medium high heat. Once it simmers cover and place in oven for 2 hours.
