Shrimp Salad::
2 cups of fresh mixed greens salad
120 g shrimps (prawns)
5 cherry tomatoes
3 mini mozzarella balls
1/4 avocado
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil (for shrimps frying)
2 tablespoons tamari sauce
Dressing::
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1 pinch black pepper
