The Perfect Cinnamon Waffle

This waffle is easy to make and absolutely delicious. I’m not a syrup person, so mine was topped with butter and fresh fruit. That’s it. I’m not into the fancy schmancy waffles. I like them simple with great flavor. This one is it.

2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cup 1% milk
2 Large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extrac
Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Pre-heat waffle iron and spray with cooking spray. Place 1 cup of batter into the waffle iron, close and allow to cook 5-8 minutes. I have a Belgian waffle maker....
