3 Full Racks of Pork Loin Ribs {Baby Back}
1 large bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce {I used a 40oz. bottle of Sweet Baby Rays Original}
Spice Rub Blend:
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground pepper
1 large sweet onion, peeled & cut into wedges
6 garlic cloves, peeled and left whole
40 ounces barbeque sauce
1 large bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce {I used a 40oz. bottle of Sweet Baby Rays Original}
