10 oz. of ground beef (80/20)
1 cup of diced tomatoes (fire roasted)
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon minced onion flakes
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 cup of mozzarella and cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 cups of chipotle cheddar croutons (crushed)
2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce
1 large egg
3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of Taxes Pete (optional)

Step 1: prepare in a medium bowl the crushed croutons, next prepare the egg mixture add
Worcestershire and the Taxes Pete and beat until fully incorporated and lastly prepare the beef
Add the garlic, onion, salt and pepper than form into patties lastly add the buffalo sauce to the
Tomatoes
Step 2: pre-heat a medium frying pan over med-heat heat and add a tablespoon of oil, add beef patty to
Egg mixture and into the croutons, place in the pan cook for 2 ½ to 3 ½ minutes on both sides
Repeat until all patties are cooked. In the last minute of cooking ½ cup of cheese over the patties
To melt construct the sandwich to your liking serve and enjoy
