The Yummiest Cinnamon Rolls

Very soft delicious cinnamon rolls. This is the recipe I use every time!!! This recipe has a secret ingredient which helps keep it soft and moist!!!

1/2 cup warm water
2 TBSP Yeast
Sprinkle of Sugar
{mix and let sit in a bowl for 10 minutes}
2/3 cup Oil
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
1 cup instant mashed potatoes
{mix then add}
2 cups warm milk
2 cups flour
4 eggs
{Mix then add yeast mixture}
6 more cups of flour.
{Knead}
