Three Alarm Chili

Using ground chicken instead of beef or pork, this chili is on the healthier side. This is slightly spicy, but not so much that it can't be given to kids.

16 oz ground chicken
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp thyme
2 cans diced tomatoes (salt free)
3.25 oz can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (or half of a 7.5 oz can)
2 cups chicken broth
