A hearty soup with home-made noodles, fresh vegetables and beef. It's a home favorite that was a adapted for a restaurant, Yongewa Kitchen. The restaurant went kaput, but you can still enjoy Tibetan home cooking if you go to Amazon Kindle and look for The Yongewa Kitchen Cookbook.

1 tsp oil
8 oz all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 clove chopped garlic
1 cup beef (or other type of beef) sliced thin
1/2 cup zucchini cut small
1 cup broccoli cut small
1 cup cabbage sliced
1 cup mushrooms sliced
pinch of salt
1 tsp soy sauce
8 oz all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 clove chopped garlic
1 cup beef (or other type of beef) sliced thin
1/2 cup zucchini cut small
1 cup broccoli cut small
1 cup cabbage sliced
1 cup mushrooms sliced
pinch of salt
1 tsp soy sauce
1. Fry onions, garlic and ginger with the oil until it is translucent.
2. Add the meat and fry it until it is well done.
3. Add broth.
4. Lower the temperature and add the vegetables to boil for 1 to 2 minutes.
5. Throw in the salt and soy sauce to taste.
6. Pinch the strips of dough into thin pieces and throw them into the pot. Let it boil for another couple of minutes.
