Tiger Cake with Olive Oil

- 25CL of olive oil
- 250 grams of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 10cl of milk
- 300 grams of flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 25 grams of cocoa
- 1 coffee spoon of the aroma of fine bitter
1st step: In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugars. Then add the olive oil, the fine bitter and milk. Shuffle up to obtain a preparation homogeneous good. Then separate the mixture obtained in order to have two bowls with the same dose of preparation. 2nd step: In the first bowl, pour half the bag of yeast with 180 grams of flour. Mix well. In another bowl, pour the other half of the bag of baking powder and 120 grams of flour and the cocoa. Mix well. Finalization: Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Ovenproof dish and farinez your mold and then begin to prepare the pasta. Use a soup spoon and pour little by little: a spoonful of white paste, then to the center of the latter, a spoonful of dough to the cocoa. Repeat the operation until exhaustion of the dough. Then Bake for 50 minutes while monitoring the cooking with a knife blade. This last point must dry when you prick the cake in the heart.
