400 grams - Glutenous Flour
100 grams - Matling / Cassava Flour
500 grams - White Sugar

1. Mix 500 grams of water and 400 grams of Glutenous Flour.
2. Make sure to mix it well until the Glutenous Flour will melt and turn it into a liquid. It is better to use a stirring for baking.
3. Add 500 grams of White Sugar. Stir it well.
4. Add 100 grams of Matling/ Cassava Flour. Stir well until it melt.
5. Transfer the mixture to a baking pan but don't forget to brush or spray an oil in a baking pan.
6. Then cover it with plastic or a cloth to avoid water drip.
7. Steam for 30-40 minutes in medium heat. But mine I only wait 9-15 minutes.
8. After 30-40 minutes remove it from the steamer and let it cool.
9. It is better to wait 30-40 minutes or 1 hour so that the result will not look like in the picture. But still it taste delicious.
To Fry:
1. So what I did I form a round shape or slice it into small pieces and dip it in a flour and in beaten egg.
2. Then fry the tikoy with flour and beaten egg in a pan with oil.
3. Wait 2-3 minutes.
