Tomato and Daikon on Mango Slices

This is a simple and easy appetizer using simple ingredients.

1 mango
2 tbsp shredded daikon
4 cherry tomatoes
Slice the mango into ¼ to ½ inch thick slices. Remove peel. Use a cookie cutter (optional) to cut into favorite shapes. Cut tomatoes into halves. Put mango slices on a serving plate. Top with daikon, then cherry half.
