1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeast or 2 1/2 tsp
1 tablespoon raw honey
3/4 cup warm water (110 to 115 degrees )
1/4 cup fresh basil, minced (may substitute 2 tablespoons dried basil)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
8 grape tomatoes, finely chopped (enough to make 3-4 Tablespoons)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8-1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 medium or 1 large clove grated garlic
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/2 – 2 3/4 cups bread flour

1/4 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons flour

1 egg beaten with 1 Tablespoon water
