Tracy Style Garlic Bread

This is a huge favorite in our household! We make it for parties a lot, and for an added twist we change the cheese to whatever is in the fridge and sometimes broil for a minute or two open-faced instead of using foil.

Loaf of Italian bread
¼ to ½ C butter or margarine
4 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 Tbsp. Rosemary
1 Tbsp. Oregano
1 Tbsp. Thyme
½ C Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
¼ to ½ C butter or margarine
4 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 Tbsp. Rosemary
1 Tbsp. Oregano
1 Tbsp. Thyme
½ C Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Pre-cut bread
Melt butter and garlic in microwave (~ 20 sec)
Spread garlic butter mixture on bread
Sprinkle on the herbs and cheese and then gently press cut pieces of bread back together
Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 350F for 10 to 15 min
Serve!
