100 gr rice flour
50 gr sago flour / starch
450 ml thick coconut milk
150 grams sugar
250 grams of fermented black glutinous
100 gr grated cheese

How to make:
1. Mix the rice flour, sago flour, coconut milk, and sugar, stirring until blended. Add fermented black glutinous rice and stir again.
2. Pour batter into cake pan that has been oiled tray, steam for 20 minutes, remove, remove it from the mold. Serve with a sprinkling of grated cheese.
