2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons corn starch
3 egg yolks

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups fresh berries, any three that are in season
1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar for dusting, or ¼ cup melted berry-flavored jam for glazing, optional
