Triple Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake

80 g (1/3 cup) butter
100 g ( 2/3 cup + 2 tablespoons flour )
50 g (1/4 cup) brown cane sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
100 g (1/3 cup) caramel ( I used a tinned dulce de leche )
200 g (7/8 cup) cream cheese
200 g (1½ cups) milk chocolate
150 g (5/8 cup) sour cream
20 g dark chocolate ( melted )
Caramel ( just enough to drizzle )
