A really great hot, tuna sandwich! My kids love this...don't even know they are eating tuna.

1 can (big can) tuna (Bumble Bee solid white albacore in water)
1 slice of cheese per sandwich
¼ c. mayonnaise
1 T. onion, minced or chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. salt
Butter

Butter
Drain tuna. Cut up cheese and add remaining ingredients with tuna in a bowl. Mix well with a large spoon. Spread butter on buns and then spread tuna mixture on the buns. Wrap buns in foil.
Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
NOTE : You can make buns ahead of time and put them in refrigerator until ready to cook.
