1 tbsp. fresh thyme, chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. ginger root, grated
1 tbsp. lime juice
¼ cup avocado oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 onion, chopped
5 cups squash, cut to bite sizes
2 tomatoes chopped
1 tomato diced
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
Pepper and salt to taste
